  • The Toyota Autopilot SAI125CB is Toyota Material Handling’s lithium-ion-based automated counterbalance stacker – a versatile and adaptive automated guided vehicle (AGV) designed for multiple purposes across various operational flows in your warehouse handling all types of pallets.

The Toyota Autopilot SAI125CB is an AGV that handles a variety of pallet types and provides high productivity and minimised damage. It smoothly stacks to mid-heights (5.4 m) and integrates seamlessly into daily workflows with both other automatic vehicles and manual forklifts, creating a more balanced and effective system

The Toyota SAI125CB is programmed to complete all tasks safely and to work alongside manual operators. The built-in safety scanners and obstacle detection units prevent collisions by reacting accordingly to obstacles crossing the forklift's path. The 360° personal protection system with sensors, scanners and software monitors to further ensure accurate and safe load handling.

  • Toyota SAI125CB Autopilot designed according to with industry-approved safety standards, ISO 3691-4 standard.
  • Various scanners and sensors ensuring safe and accurate navigation, detecting obstacles along their path, and let the AGV safely pick up and drop off goods without damage.
  • Built-in sensors to detect obstacles and determine when to slow down or stop to prevent a collision.
  • Visual and audible warning signs alert operators and emergency buttons allow them to intervene if needed.
