Here‘s what happens when you make contact with us:

1. Need analysis/site visit

We'll arrange a time to visit your premises to gain an understanding of your requirements and offer you our recommended products to best suit your application.

2. Demo and trial

You can trial one of our products at your site; alternatively we may invite you to visit one of our customers in a similar industry so you can see their Toyota product working first-hand.

3. Review options

Once a suitable product has been selected for your application we will discuss with you the various product options and accessories to help deliver the best result possible.

5. On-boarding (training)

It's the big day and your product is delivered! Your sales representative will be there to help familiarise you with your new product and welcome you to the Toyota family.

4. Product delivery

Once your order has been placed we'll keep you informed as to delivery eta. Shorter delivery times if products are in local stock however longer delivery times apply if factory ordered.
