The Opus is designed for lower-intensity but highly flexible order picking up to the second level.

SAFETY

• * Autoplug Braking is optional. This facility provides automatic braking when the operator releases the butterfly control switch.

PERFORMANCE

• * Heavy duty battery compartment with a capacity of up to 480 Ahc.
  * Guide rollers may be fitted for operation in very narrow aisles.
  * Choice of Platform widths is available to suit the demands of the operation. Widths between 770 and 1500 mm available.

COMFORT / ERGONOMICS

• * The OSE100 is equipped with initial fork lift to allow an ergonomic working height to be maintained at all times. The fork unit is designed to be able to handle Euro Chep or other types of pallet from the short or long side.
  * Electronic steering system. A new comfortable steering wheel module with the steering wheel placed to the left. Requires minimum effort whatever the load.
  * Fast, easy battery change for multishift operations. The battery can be rolled out from the left or right or it can be lifted from above.

EASE OF USE

• * High speed operation. Top speed and acceleration can be adjusted to suit local conditions.
  * Excellent servicing and fault-finding with easy access to all components including drive wheel and castor wheel. LED’s indicate system faults.
