Management Reporting
TMH will work with you to develop a tailor made forklift reporting system and review schedule providing you with information that allows you to measure forklift equipment, operator and service provider performance as well as allowing both parties to identify opportunities for improvement in your business, such as:

The heart of the fleet management system available for Toyota, Raymond and BT equipment is a small, advanced communication terminal hard-wired into each unit and linked to up to 10 on-board sensors and control units.
The full potential of the system even harnesses industry leading technologies such as Toyota’s exclusive System of Active Stability™ (SAS) and Operator Presence Sensing (OPS), but terminals can also be fitted with other brands of material handling equipment and even sweepers.
A GPRS mobile phone chip provides a two-way link between each unit and our data centre, using frequencies which avoid interference with warehouse or production plant RF control and picking systems.
Data received from each forklift, reach truck or turret truck is turned into reports which can be customised to suit your requirements and can be viewed from any computer connected to the internet.
